Think Outside the Fish

Our lives can be a lot like Jonah’s—problems swallow us and we have nowhere to turn. Disappointments, failures, and addictions trap us seemingly with no way out. But like Jonah, we can choose to “think outside the fish” and see ourselves outside the issues that are consuming us. Once we honestly confess our sins to God and make a plan for moving forward in faith, He delivers us from our difficulties. As with Jonah, God sets our paths straight and deposits us on dry land.

In Think Outside the Fish, Catherine Yack uses stories from biblical and real-life examples to show how this new way of thinking can provide the release hurting people are seeking. Through gentle prodding, she shows how taking the time to hear God’s direction is the key to a new life in Him. Don’t sink in pain! Learn to Think Outside the Fish, and God will pour out His ocean of blessings on your life.

Catherine Yack was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. She presently lives in Roosevelt, Utah, with her husband, Gaylon, and two of their eight children. They are devoted followers of Christ and also have a prison ministry. Having been set free from various bondages in life, they are committed not only to winning souls for Christ but also to helping others learn how to walk in the complete freedom for which Christ died.
