As a child, I struggled with self-esteem issues as many of us do as children. I wrote this story based off of a beautiful person inside and out. She overcame these struggles and eventually went on to join the Navy. After the Navy she went on to earn her Associates in Nursing from a Jr College. She then worked as an L & D Nurse. It didn’t stop there. She went on to obtain her BSN. She then went on to earn her Masters in Nursing becoming a (FNP) Family Nurse Practitioner. As an author, I believe it is my responsibility to capture the virtue of a beautiful process. I think that responsibility was captured in The Adorable Pearl…Elneza Ellis.
