ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Michael Malone, currently resides in Granbury, Texas, with his wife Shermaine and daughter Erin. His journey begins 1956 in Dallas, Texas and has taken him all over the world while serving his country in the U.S. Navy. After the birth of their daughter in 1986, ironic circumstances led the little family of three to Itasca, Texas: a mysterious 1890s Victorian-style mansion awaited them. The house was far from a glorious Great Gatsbian structure and had fallen into terrible disrepair. It was here, in this forgotten home, where Michael was inspired to begin writing the story of Mousetree.
