Michelle is certified in lean six sigma. Her areas of expertise include lean management, service excellence, personal branding, succession planning, and executive coaching. Michelle holds a master’s degree in Practical Theology from Oral Roberts University. She is the founder of Infinite Possibilities Inc, A nonprofit organization that empowers women to recognize their potential, purpose and destiny through the Word of God and the power of their faith. Michelle is also the founder and Executive Director of 1Vote Counts, a nonpartisan 501c3 civic engagement organization that protects diversity and democracy.
