ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Kerry Heath is a well-respected clinician and author in the mental health field. She has worked at all levels of care including at a nationally renowned inpatient treatment center for eating disorders where she spent nearly eight years as a therapist and Assistant Clinical Director. Kerry earned her master’s degree in family therapy from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1998. Additionally, she has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa.

Ms. Heath has owned a private practice since early 2011 where she specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. When she is not counseling, supervising new counselors, or writing, Kerry loves to travel and spend time with her family.
