The Book

Each chapter will introduce a way that you can make a small change in your routine or personal habits. I will explain a bit of theory, and then suggest easy ways you can implement that theory or perhaps provide examples of how I have done so in my own life. Each chapter will finish with an exercise for you to complete. Please don’t think you will read the whole book and then come back to the exercises; you are human, busy, and probably won’t. So please grab a pen and do the exercises as you go along. Your instinctive response is always best, and mostly true. Sometimes when we think too hard about things, our minds make us write what we think we should write. If you are having to think too hard about your answer, you’re not doing it right. Just let your mental juices flow and accept the first answer that comes to your mind. By the end of this book, I want you to have actually feel as though you have made some progress in your life.
