“Trust, DIVINE- GUIDANCE” Carolyn is an international “Inspirational Trainer,” keynote speaker, and executive coach. Carolyn is best known for her ability to challenge traditional thought processes to inspire learners to think differently in the 21st century. Carolyn is a 20-year veteran in Workplace Learning and Performance trainer in Emotional Intelligence, EQ-Leadership, Organizational Socialization (On-Boarding), Phenomenal Customer Service, and Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion. Carolyn is also a certified Virtual trainer, keynote speaker, and executive coach. She shares her knowledge of cognitive psychology and social discipline to encourage practical ideologies of self-discovery and personal growth. Carolyn’s familiarity with adult learning principles ensures that her sessions will be informative, passionate, and authentic. She has developed and delivered training content to Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She was hand-picked to facilitate and train 1,000 managers at all levels in “Leadership & Emotional Intelligence” training levels for a major hospitality company in multiple metropolitan cities throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Mid-East. Carolyn also created and delivered company-wide learning programs for 900 employees in emotional intelligence skills for a major electric company in seven Texas locations.

Carolyn was featured in Black Enterprise magazine alongside The Walt Disney Company’s Top Executive team as a “DOER” while working at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. She is the past president of the National Speakers Association Kansas City, Missouri Chapter, and a previously certified trainer with the prestigious Dale Carnegie Training, known for its Expert and Thoroughly Trained Trainers. She also worked for Portland Oregon Visitors Association. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Minor in Personnel Administration, and a master’s in marketing. She lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
