Mac and Mattie are thrilled to find a safe, new home in a hillside cave outside of Jerusalem. As mice, they must always be on the lookout for predators. But this spring, they encounter a different serious problem; they run out of food. It will be months before any crops will be ready for them to gather from the neighboring farmer’s field.
Only a big miracle can solve their problem. Mac believes in miracles, and he convinces Mattie to believe in them, too.
