Scams has always fascinated me, but what is more fascinating are the mindset of those who fall for them. My name is Mark J. Holmes and I am a formal con man. A scammer who have been there and done that. I have scammed both the needy, and the greedy, and to be honest with you, I enjoyed it. The business of scamming is heartless and done without a second thought. But it what people may not understand is that it is not without conscience, or remorse. However, the problem is that those emotions take place after the fact. I haven’t committed a con in decades, but I know one when I hear it and can see one coming from a mile away.
Cons come from regular people, politicians, preachers, organizations, churches and chapels. Cousins, friends, and family; Father’s, grandfathers and even your own mother may.
This book is part fiction, part fact and based on what I know. The characters are made up but the situations, well let’s just not say.
Read and enjoy the journey, for some of you this book will be a good read, but for others a bad memory.
