The U.S. deployed troops to the region for peacekeeping duty during the genocide of Bosnian, Serbians and Muslim. Tensions between these factions are high fighting for control and power after years of the communist regime.

Natasha, a Hungarian girl working at the PX (Post Exchange) on the American base, is brutally murdered. Captain Donovan is looking forward to rotate home, but is thrusted in this seemly no win situation.
