ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Habiba Miyan was 19 years old at the time of writing I Submit to You, her first book. She was brought up as a Naqshibandi Muslim. After reading Mercy Oceans Book 2, by the spiritual master Shaykh Nazim, when she was 14, Habiba became passionately dedicated to the Naqshibandi way. Her aim is complete submission to Allah and purity of the heart.
She had her first conversation with the current leader of the Naqshibandi order, Shaykh Muhammad Adil, at age sixteen, when she became convinced of his complete submission to Allah and mastery of Islam. She intended from that point on to follow in his footsteps and be in his shadow of light.
She shares these words of inspiration after many years of contemplation of her shaykh’s teachings with the hope of sharing the light they have given her.
