Robert Arthur Cosgrove holds a B.A., cum laude in history from Long Island University in New York. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, currently residing in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is the author of “Vincent van Gogh: A Poisoned Life” as well as “Different Colors”, his second book.
