About The Author

Kari Lewis, Ed.D., ADHD coach and professor emeritus, was the recipient of Teacher of the Year award at a major university where she was a professor in the Health and Exercise Studies Department. She was an educational coordinator for the Multimodal Treatment Study, a national study recognized world-wide as one of the foremost research studies examining the most effective treatment for children with ADHD. She is in private practice as an ADHD coach for children and adults. She has expertise in coaching children to improve time management, organization, and planning for tests and projects. She also specializes in coaching working adults, stay-at-home moms, college students, and highly motivated professionals with ADHD. When coaching she focuses on the total well-being of her clients. Balance, Strength, and Flexibility for those with ADHD: Key components for mental and physical fitness is her first book.
