Bruce is the author of 7 books on lifecycle management and industry segments with numerous copyrights and patents regarding his expertise in User Segmentation©, Lifecycle Management, Cost of Change©, The Ready State©, and Appropriate Incumbent Behavior©. As a lifecycle practitioner, Bruce is a voice that applies common sense to the IT strategies to embrace change.

As he continues to consult and provide IT thought leadership across multiple industries, Bruce is also an instructor at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, teaching IT in health care and advanced systems design.

Cody Gerhardt is an HP Distinguished Technologist and Chief Technologist with over 16 years’ experience. Cody is a leader in security, manageability, modern workplace, cloud, and virtualization. Cody is well credentialed, with multiple certifications, and his expertise is in high demand across various industries both public and private sectors. Cody advises and consults on adoption of trends and counter measures, and the strategies to implement those solutions.
