THE AUTHOR

Ward Douglas Pimley, a retired journalist, public relations manager, and congressional press secretary, is a pastor and author who enjoys portraying fictional characters who find a need for the wholeness that only Jesus offers. He describes how his characters come to recognize the only peace they will find is through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

He writes from his own struggle with the Truth, until, in grateful humility, he welcomed the Holy Spirit into his life. He and his wife, Debbie Kay Pimley, reside on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. They have four adult children and eight grandchildren.
