He previously served as senior pastor and executive member of New Testament Assembly in the United Kingdom and as an accredited partnership lecturer for the University of Wales.<br><br>He gained secular qualifications in applied social studies from the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK, and received a diploma degree in social work. Before he was released to full-time ministry, he worked as a certified probation officer and care manager for an alcoholics agency in the UK.<br><br>He received initial ministerial training from the Caribbean Pentecostal College in Mandeville, Jamaica, and bachelor&#8217;s and master&#8217;s degrees in ministry from Chesapeake Bible College &amp; Seminary, USA.<br><br>He lives with his wife, Rev. Shelia Blake, in Florida, and they share four lovely daughters.
