Even if both his parents were illiterate, he studied in Uganda before finishing high school in New Mexico, at the United World College-USA. He completed his Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s degrees at Lafayette College (Pennsylvania) and University of Texas at Austin respectively. <br><br>Besides this book, he has written two other books The Fourth Republic and Beyond the Fourth Heritage, and two papers \u201cThe EDISAC Framework\u201d and \u201cMindshift 2090\u201d. <br><br>In 2022 he founded the Fourth Heritage Initiative (www.4thHeritage.com), an organization to advance the core idea of his writing \u201cmindset change\u201d. Mr. Kirunda has worked as a Civil Engineer, Investment Banker, Project Manager in the Oil &#038; Gas industry, and currently works in as Commercial Director for a cleantech startup based in London, UK.
